Payment Our rates are quoted in the euro, however we offer you the unique option of paying for your stay in a variety of currencies. If paying through bank transfer, you have the option of paying in either the euro, pound sterling or U.S. dollar (subject to the current currency exchange). You may also pay in most other currencies through Paypal. Deposit/Cancellation We require a deposit that is equal to 25% of your stay upon confirming your booking, with the remainder due one month before your first night's stay; if booking within one month of your arrival date, the full balance is required. Cancellations are permitted up to one month prior to your arrival date, however, with a forfeiture of a portion of your deposit (dependent upon how far in advance of your arrival the cancellation is made). Cancellations within one month of your arrival date will require the forfeiture of your rental paid (unless the property can be re-booked). Meet and Greet Upon your arrival in Venice, our representative will meet you and direct you personally to our flat. They will show you in and answer any questions you might have about Ca' Venexiana and the city of Venice. The cost for this "Meet and Greet" service is €35 and is payable directly to our representative in Venice. (If you are arriving after 8pm, the "Meet and Greet" service is €55.)
